Massages

Relax and enjoy a massage designed to relieve anxiety, tension and muscle stiffness.

  • A massage experience based upon an Aveda sensory journey and your favorite aromas. Your muscles will be relaxed while your circulation is stimulated, providing an overwhelming feeling of tranquility and well-being.

  • Tailored to alleviate some of the discomforts of pregnancy. *A doctor’s note is required for women who are pregnant, and massages can not be performed in the first trimester. Vichy treatments cannot be received.

  • Utilizing Swedish and Deep Tissue to help you recover from the negative effects of stress. Clinically proven to reduce feeling of stress, the stress-fix™ aroma with French lavender, lavendin and clary sage is incorporated throughout this massage to calm and rejuvenate.

  • This technique focuses on releasing tension through slow strokes and pressure to specific areas. Relieves sore muscles and improves circulation.

Massage enhancements

Add any of the following enhancements to your massage service.

  • Heated Basalt Stones and Himalayan Salt Stones help release specific tight muscles reduce inflammation and detoxify the body. (Included within massage time).

  • Cupping is a wonderful way to release tightness in the muscles, relieve stress, anxiety, pain and promote a happy and healthier you. It relaxes the deep tissues and helps to remove toxins from the body. It is like "reverse deep tissue", but instead of putting pressure on the muscle, it lifts the muscle.

    Cupping treatments help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being, and work as well as a deep-tissue massage. (Included within massage time).

  • Give relief to tight and contracted muscle fibers with isolated pressure, stretches and circulation. (Included within massage time).

  • Enjoy an invigorating and therapeutic water massage as seven shower heads cascade over your body, washing your tensions away. This treatment will increase blood circulation, soothe the nervous system and revitalize your body. Disposable undergarments are provided. Pronounced Vee-she.
